Curved ceilings, archways and rounded feature walls are very common in hotel, restaurant and retail projects. Standard straight magnetic track cannot fit these layouts. Many buyers try to bend regular track on site, which often damages the internal copper and causes lighting faults.

Our 48V 20-type curved magnetic track is pre-shaped in the factory. The arc is fixed before delivery. Installers just mount it directly on site, no bending work needed. It shares the same 48V low voltage magnetic modules as our straight 20-type track. Spotlights, linear lights and downlights are fully interchangeable.

Common site mistakes we meet

The first mistake: Trying to bend straight magnetic track or semi-flex track to make arcs. Neither semi-flex track nor normal straight track can be bent. Forcing bending will crack the internal copper conductor, and this damage is out of warranty.

Second mistake: Mixing different track series. This curved rail belongs to the 20-type system. Magnetic modules from other track series may not fit. Always keep the whole lighting set in one series.

Third mistake: Wrong radius confirmation. Once factory production starts, the arc shape cannot be changed. Double-check the architectural drawing before placing order.
